Terms and Conditions of B&B de Victorie

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, agreements, and stays at B&B de Victorie, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Reservations

2.1 A reservation is final as soon as the guest has received confirmation from B&B de Victorie.
2.2 B&B de Victorie reserves the right to refuse a reservation without providing a reason.
2.3 When making a reservation, the guest must provide all requested information correctly and in full.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are listed per room per night.
3.2 Any extras or additional costs, such as extra towels and/or linens, are also listed per room per night.

4. Security Deposit

4.1 Upon booking, a security deposit of €150 per stay is required via pre-authorization.
4.2 The deposit will be released within 7 days of departure, provided no damage, loss, or excessive soiling has been found.
4.3 B&B de Victorie is entitled to deduct any damages or additional costs from the security deposit.

5. Cancellations

5.1 The guest may cancel the reservation in writing (via email).
5.2 Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

5.3 No refund will be issued for early departures.

6. Check-in and Check-out

6.1 Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
6.2 Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 a.m.
6.3 Late check-out may result in an additional night being charged.
6.4 The guest must vacate the room on time and may not extend their stay without prior permission.

7. Stay & House Rules

7.1 The guest must use the accommodation and its contents with care. In the event of theft, a report will be filed with the police.
7.2 It is not permitted to stay with more people than specified in the reservation.
7.3 Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
7.4 Pets are not allowed.
7.5 Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM; causing a disturbance to other guests is not permitted.
7.6 Illegal activities, parties, or events are not permitted.
7.7 The accommodation may only be used as a temporary residence; permanent residence is not permitted.
7.8 You can request extra bedding, but you will need to change your own sheets. Please place the used bedding in the laundry basket provided in your room.

8. Liability

8.1 B&B de Victorie is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ property.
8.2 Use of all facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
8.3 The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or her.
8.4 B&B de Victorie is not liable for disruptions to services or facilities beyond its control.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., fire, extreme weather conditions, illness, technical malfunctions), B&B de Victorie may modify or cancel the reservation. In such cases, the guest will be refunded any amounts already paid but may not claim any further compensation.

10. Guests’ Visitors

10.1 Receiving visitors is not permitted.
10.2 Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

11. Privacy

11.1 Personal data will be used exclusively for reservation and administrative purposes.
11.2 For more information, please refer to our privacy policy in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Complaints

12.1 Any complaints must be reported immediately to B&B de Victorie so that an appropriate solution can be sought.
12.2 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be submitted in writing within 7 days of departure.

13. Governing Law

These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
All disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.

A data processing agreement has been concluded with all parties, or this is regulated by law.
